We don't keep your data longer than necessary. Here's our general approach:
- Course enrollment records: Retained for 7 years after course completion (required for Taiwan tax and education regulations)
- Contact form inquiries: Deleted after 2 years unless part of ongoing communication
- Email marketing lists: Maintained until you unsubscribe, then permanently removed within 30 days
- Website analytics: Aggregated and anonymized after 26 months
- Payment records: Kept for 7 years to comply with Taiwan financial regulations
- Course materials and submissions: Available during your enrollment plus 1 year afterward
After these periods, we securely delete or anonymize your data so it can't be traced back to you.
International Data Transfers
